This poster marks the turning point of a real investigation. For almost a month, I played along with a scammer operating under the name “Emilia Kanyakuri.” From the very first message, it was clear something was off — but instead of cutting it short, I decided to dig deeper.

I asked for proof, for documents, for legitimacy. And every reply she gave only exposed her further. Fake referrals, imaginary collectors, and the classic scammer’s trick: pretending to “buy” art with high ETH offers. Every word, every name, every promise was just another thread in her web of lies.

Modus Operandi: Pretend to be a wealthy buyer. Offer unrealistic amounts in ETH. Push the artist to “mint” or pay upfront fees. Then vanish with your money or data.

To all fellow artists and creators: stay alert. Protect your work. Protect your name. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

And to every scammer out there — come closer if you dare. Because if you try, your name and your lies will live forever in my next artworks. Immortalized not as collectors, but as cautionary tales.
